husband just had a kidney transplant we have no insurance

My husband had a kidney transplant on November 21st. We have 4 girls our oldest will be going to college next year and we are so far behind on bills right now I'm not sure how or if she will be able to go to college.

The medicine that my husband will have to take for the rest of his life I'm not sure how we will pay for it. I am working a full time job from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday - Saturday and a second job 6:00 pm to 2:00 am Wednesday - Saturday, but I still can't keep up with bills and medical cost.
